Thématique & formation Master in International Studies (Political Science); Energie
Résumé Improving energy efficiency of buildings is crucial to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and tackle climate change. Among different policies for building energy efficiency, voluntary labelling instrument such as Minergie has emerged as a strong catalyst to expand energy efficiency measures especially in the private sector. Minergie is the largest labelling mechanism for building energy efficiency in Switzerland. This research analyses what are the policy factors that contribute to the decision making of individuals to adopt Minergie for residential buildings. It aims to provide strategic contribution in improving the proliferation of Minergie.
