| Résumé | Ce rapport est le fruit du stage que j’ai effectué à l’Office Cantonal de l’Energie (OCEN), inscrit au département de l'aménagement, du logement et de l'énergie de l’Etat de Genève. Il est réalisé dans le cadre du certificat complémentaire de Géomatique organisé par l’Université de Genève. Lors de ce stage, j’ai créé une partie d’une carte représentant les propositions d’infrastructures énergétiques découlant des concepts énergétiques territoriaux (CET). L’objectif principal de ces couches, à terme disponible sur le SITG, est de rendre l’information contenue dans les CET plus accessible, synthétique et actualisée. Ceci devrait aider à effectuer des analyses, notamment en ce qui concerne la cohérence entre les stratégies énergétiques de différents territoires, et aider à la communication autour de ces stratégies et leur mise en œuvre. Les couches représentant les infrastructures de transport, de production et de stockage d’énergie sont basées sur les plans contenus dans les CET, qui ont été géoréférencées et digitalisées, mais aussi sur les infrastructures décrites dans les rapports. Les attributs utiles pour ces couches de propositions d’infrastructures ont été définis et une symbologie a été proposée. Ce travail entre dans le cadre de l’évolution de l’outil CET, qui était jusque-là un rapport figé dans le temps avec des propositions peu appliquées, et qui devra devenir un processus incluant la consultation des acteurs et plus voué à produire des stratégies qui seront mises en œuvre. |
| Summary | This report is the result of a internship in the Cantonal Office of Energy (OCEN) standing in the Department of Planning, Housing and Energy of the State of Geneva. It is the final work for the Geomatics Certificate organized by the University of Geneva. During this internship, I created a part of a map showing the energy infrastructures proposed in the territorial energy concepts (CET). The main objective of these layers is to make the information of the CETs more accessible, more synthetic and more updated. These layers could in the future eventually be available on the SITG (information system of Geneva). This representation of the proposed energy infrastructures should help to carry out analyzes, especially regarding coherence between the energy strategies of the different territories, and assist in the communication around these strategies and their implementation. The layers representing the energy transport infrastructures, energy production infrastructures and energy storage infrastructures are based on plans contained in the CET reports. These have been georeferenced and digitized. In addition, infrastructures described in the text of the reports have also been represented. For these energy infrastructure proposals useful attributes have been defined and a symbology has been proposed. This work is within the framework of the current evolution of the CET tool, which was previously a report, stuck in time, which was only little applied, and which should become a process involving consultation of stakeholders and which would be more dedicated to be implemented. |
