| Résumé | La structure d’un environnement consiste à identifier comment les éléments du paysage sont organisés entre eux. La librairie PyLandStats dans Python propose différentes analyses zonales et statistiques permettant le calcul des indices de structure du paysage. Cette méthode a été comparée avec Fragstats dans l’objectif d’automatiser par la suite cette étape. Tant que la librairie ne propose pas d’analyse identique à la méthode moving window dans Fragstats, elle ne pourra pas être utilisée comme alternative pour automatiser le calcul des indices de structure dans l’infrastructure écologique de Genève. |
| Summary | The structure of an environment consists of identifying how the elements of the landscape are organized together. The pythonic library PyLandStats offers various zonal and statistical analyses to calculate landscape metrics. This method has been compared with Fragstats in order to automate this step. As long as the library does not offer an identical analysis to the moving window method in Fragstats, it cannot be used as an alternative to automate the calculation of landscape metrics in the green infrastructure of Geneva. |
