| Résumé | L’objectif de ce travail est d’explorer la validité du modèle de calcul du Fractional Cover (FC) développé par le Joint Remote Sensing Research Program (JRSRP) dans la région du Grand Geneve. Le FC permet d’estimer la quantité de végétation photosynthétique (PV), non photosynthétique (NPV) et de sol nu (BS). Nous avons travaillé avec le Swiss Data Cube et analysé les images Landsat des 30 dernières années. L’algorithme du JRSRP semble bien identifier le PV, NPV et BS sur le territoire genevois. |
| Summary | The aim of this work is to explore the validity of the Fractional Cover (FC) calculation model developed by the Joint Remote Sensing Research Program (JRSRP) in the Geneva area. FC is used to estimate the amount of photosynthetic vegetation (PV), non-photosynthetic vegetation (NPV) and bare soil (BS). We worked with the Swiss Data Cube and analysed Landsat images from the last 30 years. The JRSRP algorithm seems to identify PV, NPV and BS well over the Geneva area. |
