| Résumé |
actuelle de la renaturation des cours d’eau en Suisse. Fribourg a un projet dans ce sens en cours, avec une réalisation prévue en 2023‐2025. Ce travail est une réflexion tout à fait personnelle de l’étudiant et ne se réfère pas au mandat d’étude parallèle lancé par la ville en 2018. Pour son élaboration, le projet s’appuie tout d’abord sur une partie analytique générale tenant compte de l’histoire de la ville de Fribourg et sa relation avec la Sarine, puis des enjeux de l’aménagement d’une séquence urbaine d’une rivière. Suit une analyse plus spécifique de la Sarine dans la région fribourgeoise, avec la détermination de séquences, une analyse par thématiques et les orientations actuelles des lieux publics bordant la Sarine en ville de Fribourg. Tous ces éléments
permettent de définir de nouveaux axes de développement des sites se situant sur les rives de la Sarine. Le point culminant du projet est l’établissement d’un plan directeur pour la création du Parc de la Sarine, qui pourrait servir de base et définir les lignes directrices d’un futur projet et sa réalisation.
Le projet a ainsi pour objectif la requalification et la renaturation de la Sarine et de ses abords en ville de Fribourg par la création et le développement d’un parc urbain réunifiant des sites aux identités diverses. |
| Summary |
The project of the Parc de la Sarine in Fribourg is a contemporary project that deals with the very current issue of the renaturation of watercourses in Switzerland. Fribourg has an ongoing project on this topic, with implementation planned for 2023‐2025. This work is a completely personal reflection of the student and does not refer to the parallel study mandate launched by the city in
2018.
For its elaboration, the project is based first of all on a general analytical part taking into account the history of the city of Fribourg and its relationship with the Sarine, and then on the challenges determining an urban sequence of a river. This is followed by a more specific analysis of the Sarine
in the Fribourg region, with the determination of sequences, an analysis by themes and the current orientations of the public places bordering the Sarine in the city of Fribourg. All of these elements make it possible to define new development axes for the sites located on the banks of the Sarine.
The culmination of the project is the establishment of a master plan for the creation of the Parc de la Sarine, which could serve as a basis and define the guidelines for a future project and its realization. The aim of the project is thus the requalification and renaturation of the Sarine River and its surroundings in the city of Fribourg through the creation and development of an urban park bringing together sites with different identities. |
