| Résumé | (max 1500 car) L’appauvrissement de la biodiversité représente aujourd’hui un sujet de plus en plus alarmant. Depuis la fin du 20e siècle gouvernements et scientifiques tentent d’élaborer des stratégies et mesures, tant au niveau national que global, destinées à atténuer cette perte. Par ailleurs, un nombre croissant de données digitalisées est disponible dans le but de rendre l’information sur cette thématique accessible à tous. Cependant, des barrières à l’interopérabilité de ces données entravent encore le partage et la diffusion de cette information. En outre, la visualisation des données est indispensable pour que le plus grand nombre puisse être sensibilisé à l’appauvrissement de la biodiversité et que des mesures soient prises pour répondre à ce problème. C’est pourquoi le développement d’une plateforme web à l’échelle communale a semblé pertinent, pour renseigner au mieux une population restreinte. Cet outil a ainsi été développé pour la commune de Lancy et sous forme de Dashboard (ou tableau de bord en français), où l’information est synthétisée et possède un visuel attractif. Dans cette optique, différents outils de géomatique ont été utilisés pour préparer et réaliser l’analyse des données. R Studio et les extensions Shiny et Shiny Dashboard ont facilité le développement web de cette plateforme. De plus, la structure du Dashboard s’est inspirée du modèle théorique DPSIR et des indicateurs ont été développés en fonction de ces catégories, permettant ainsi de synthétiser un grand nombre d’informations et de les rendre compréhensibles pour tous. |
| Summary | The impoverishment of biodiversity in our society is an increasingly subject. Since the end of the 20th century governments and scientists have been trying to elaborate strategies and measures, both nationally and globally, to mitigate this loss. Furthermore, an increasing number of digitized data is available in order to make the information on this topic accessible to all. However, barriers to the interoperability of these data still obstruct the sharing and dissemination of this information. Moreover, the visualization of information is essential so that as many as possible can be aware of the loss of biodiversity and the measures taken to respond to this problem. This is why the development of a web platform at the municipal level seemed relevant, to inform a small population in the best way. This tool has been developed for the municipality of Lancy and in the form of Dashboard (or ''tableau de bord'' in French), where the information is synthesized and has an attractive visual. From this perspective, various geomatics instruments were used to prepare and achieve the data analysis. R Studio and the Shiny and Shiny Dashboard extensions have facilitated the web development of this platform. In addition, the structure of the Dashboard was inspired by the theoretical DPSIR model and indicators were developed depending on these categories, allowing to synthesize a large amount of information and make them comprehensible for all |
