Le Canton de Fribourg a choisi de représenter cette donnée en fixant un cadre quantitatif par district et en cartographiant des extensions possibles de la zone à bâtir. Ce rapport vise à produire une représentation cartographique du territoire d’urbanisation qui, tout en suggérant une marge d’interprétation laissée aux régions et communes, permette de guider selon les normes de la loi sur l’aménagement du territoire (LAT) le développement futur de l’urbain |
| Summary | A mandatory element of cantonal master plans, the urbanization territory delimits all actual and potential building zones. The Canton of Fribourg has chosen to represent this data by setting a quantitative framework for each district and mapping possible extensions to the building zone. The aim of this report is to produce a cartographic representation of the urbanization territory which, while suggesting a margin of interpretation left to the regions and communes, enables future urban development to be guided according to the standards of the Land Use Planning Act (LAT). |
